I need a website to register my customers, files and automate communication and appointments. Site must multilanguage, ssl secured and mobile friendly. We can work in english. I will deliver some example screens and designs. Available 7/7 for support and clarifications. The pages and related functions: Public side: Home (contact & social links, login module) Services (list with description) Contact (Form) Register (manual or e-id) Login. User Side (after login): Dashboard (overview) Calendar (appointments, tasks) Emails (send, receive) Cases (view info from forms, documents and contacts) Invoices (customer invoices) (Settings) Edit profile Logout. Admin Side: Dashboard (overview) Customers (customer profiles, search edit, new, de-activate, add/edit company) Calendar (appointments & tasks) Emails (send & recieve) Cases (Customer cases) Accounts (Employees with limited rights) Contacts (Import cvs lists with contacts to use in case) Documents (saved documents in cases) Invoices (saved invoices en credit notes, products, manual invoice, settings) Templates (Word documents for letters, email, sms) Forms (unique forms build with named fields) Task List (List of tasks manual and automated (emails, sms, add appointment are automatic) Case Types (Consist out of forms, contacts, templates, task list) Settings (Site settings, languages, Edit profile/company info, google synchronisation) Logout.
