I am looking for someone who can build a website and a database. Below are requirements:

- the website have home page with log in, create account and advertising page

-after log in there is a chat functionality

- users need to have option to sale or put their products for bidding

- after sale or bidding completed users give feedback

- java, java scrip and SQL is preferred languages
