Hi, if I understand this correctly, it would not be possible I'm afraid for your page to see if the CSV is already updated or not; that is when the CSV is on your local computer. The only way your page can detect updates is when you host the CSV on your (HTTP) server. How does your page (with image and scrolling text) look like: have a scratch / sketch of it I may see?
