I want to build a website like Freelancer.com : where people can post jobs they want done but for a particular industry. e.g [login to view URL] where van owners register and when people have a job that requires a van all the registered service providers are notified. Its almost like an Uber for farmers that I want to create. Where farmers can request for services and service providers respond. I would want this solution to be on DotNet using Csharp except if you have good reasons to propose another technology or platform. I would also want this to be able to render seamlessly on mobile browsers. This should also have a payment getway like pay-pal linked to it.
