Hi,
we have an old cs-cart e-shop (CS-CART: version 2.2.3 PROFESSIONAL) that we would like upgraded to latest version so it's compatible with newer php versions.
We will provide the project files and db but we would like all development be done on a staging site so we can confirm all functionality works as expected before uploading to the live site.

We will not accept bids over budget and we will most likely dismiss any attempt to change the original bid for wasting our time.
