We have a Linux webserver running Virtualizor and two VPS servers, A and B. They are both running fine.
One of them (A) is running PHP 5.3 we now want to upgrade to PHP version 7.3 and the latest MYSQL. We have already done the code upgrade on a staging server and are ready to migrate the code to this server. However; we don't want to delete/overwrite it just in case we need to reference it or have issues. We want to keep old.A for a month or two but also migrate the code and database from the staging server to this server.
So for the next couple of months, we will have VPS A and VPS B plus VPS old-A.
Can you do this or do you expect any problems?
