I have a Wordpress site with Siteground and there is a small issue to check and solve. It seems a sort of caching problem, but it exhist also deactivating caching plugin.
Example 1: you log-in, then change page and it seems that you are no more logged-in. But if you just refresh the new page, then you can see you are logged-in.
Example 2: In the home page I have a widget with latest replies (BBPRESS). If you click on a reply, you enter the new page of the forum, but you don't see the latest reply. To see it, you have to refresh the page.

Whatever you have explained; that is happening because there is an error in between login and login success page. For example, there are conditions:
if login successful
DO 1
DO 2
DO 3
end
now probably after DO 1 or doing 1 there is an error happen and rest of the condition ignored. But when you refresh the page this time code run again but from DO 2 that's why it do the rest of the code or on DO 1 this time get no error while complaining.
