Software that can read scale weight and print labels with provided item details

1. User interface for Label Printing,
User need to select/type in Item identification to get the Item details, also need to enter the due date.
Once user select item and due date, software will ask wait for the weight from weighing machine connected to the system. As soon as weighing machine/scale returns weight, it system will print a label with Name of company, item name, item details, date, due date, weight in 2 x 1.5 inch label.
2. Item management screen that store and retrieve the items details from a flat file or xml file.
I need to receive an executable file with above mentioned functionality and complete source code.
My own use and I want to resell this software as well.
