(IN SUMMARY, THE ENTIRE SYSTEM WORKS ON A ROLE BASED ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM. WHERE THE MAIN ADMINISTRATOR CAN CREATE ANY ACCOUNT AND GIVE SINGLE OR MULTIPLE ROLES TO THE ACCOUNT OWNER) -User interface -Ability for users to be able to fill specific forms and submit -When forms are submitted, they create an in-editable copy in the user's account each time they fill it. (Note that the form will only be available to fill during a set time of the day, as set by the administrator). - A copy of the in-editable form is then made available to the account of an advanced user (more like a moderator). - The moderators will be able to crosscheck the form submitted by the users and then approve or disapprove the submission as to whether it is correct or not. -The in-editable copy becomes editable to user to correct mistakes if it is disapproved by the moderator. - But if the form is approved, it becomes unaprovable and undisaprovable to the moderators account and also remains in-editable to the users account (But the forms will be available in their account only to view) - Once the form is approved, it becomes available for viewing only to the head of the work group and the head of the entire project (this accounts are higher than the moderators account). - The head of the work group and the head of the project will have the option to print the completed form out in pdf or doc, e.t.c. - Form status is shown all through the flow (whether Approved, disapproved or not). - Finally, there should be a super admin that has all of the rights in the system, including the rights to create and delete user accounts, and also assigning roles to users. And also the rights to make already approved forms disapproved and editable. - NOTE: The forms to be filled by users will be created by the admin at his discretion. The name of any form created by the admin appears as a drop down menu under a fixed menu link titled "Shift Data Entry"(This will always be part of the frontend menu). - This project includes the front end design, which will consists of the user's profile, Work Position and Station assigned to. The User's name, Work position and Station should always be a part of the form filled.
