Scraper, spinner, and uploader wanted

Hi,

Google commits to indexing up to 500 pages every 3 days for a new (0 Pagerank) website/domain. I have 7 websites.

I need someone with good scraping software and experience (WebHarvy?), knowledge of how to grab data, some in tabular/directory format, some in prose, and then do integration/article spinning (TheBestSpinner?) for the best ranking/high traffic possibilities (eg. 500 words, two large font questions at the top with the data, mostly the names of people and/or their website/business name, and placed in the meta-title for first-hand exposure on Google) where you can use, but I am having trouble finding it, software where all the pages as files are uploaded from a PC folder to the MySQL database with my Wordpress website, but more importantly, a linear dump in bbPress/BuddyPress (side by side, like Google, where you click from 1 to page 2, ...10, and then arrow to page after tenth page) where each page will have 25 records (names of people/businesses), with 20 words total associated with each name, possibly some other connected data, like occupation, wage, health benefits, pension obligation, name of agency, geography, etc., then my own "spin" with a list of information for the last field about the person, like the reasons for a higher mortality rate associated with a dangerous job, Web developers in the SEO business, physicists/chemists looking for a space elevator alternative, fans of an NFL franchise, stock market investors and multi-level marketing people, and escorts/massage parlors looking to capitalize on the amateur adult business. The seventh website is not ready for public view.

To verify that 500 pages indexed every 3 days will work for my top website, about mortality rates associated with public sector workers, I want to limit the first project to 2,500 pages created from the scraping of 62,500 records from the transparency website for California public sector workers. I want to prioritize, if possible, police, prosecutors, judges, and politicians at first. The criteria for success, of course, is money coming in for what should be a positive ROI, and the continue the strategy for other websites. Thank you.
