Responsive one page HTML website with codeigniter backend

We need to create a HTML website with following details: - It should be a responsive design. Must work on desktop, mobile or tabs. I will give you mobile and desktop design. - Layout of website will be as per wireframe. Design of mobile site and desktop site will be provided to selected freelancer only. - images should be fetched only from AWS S3 server. - There are 4 carousals in website, I will only provide the images - The data in TRY NOW section is fetched based on city selected by user. This will be via an API which passes the name of city and gets the list of activities available in that city for each category, you will have to create that API using codeigniter MVC framework, I will only provide the image. You will have to design the Database structure also. API will return path of image on AWS S3 server. - When user clicks on "Click here to change" link in the "TRY NOW" section, user will see a popup where they can type name of city. This will be an autosuggest dropdown and list of city defined in our database will be shown. - When I select an activity, I will see a form with some more details of that activity. This detail can be fetch in the previous API call if needed. - Form submission will invoke an API. The API will insert record in database tables and send an email and SMS to customer as well as to our predefined email id/sms. We will use AWS services for sending email and SMS. - EACH click or form submission SHOULD be tracked via Google Tag Manager in Google Analytics - All static content should be cached on CDN, please use relevant AWS services - Please use standard CSS like bootstrap, etc. to the extent possible. - You must provide complete step-by-step instruction for me to setup the code on my server (ubuntu OS, apache2/mysql/php5). I will not be providing you access to my server at any point of time. At max, you can view me do steps via skype or any other remote desktop sharing tool. This is NOT NEGOTIABLE. Please ensure you understand the full project before you bid. I do not accept any reduction in scope or incomplete work. PAYMENT WILL BE RELEASED ONLY AFTER ALL THE CHANGES ARE WORKING ON OUR SERVER - our server is Ubuntu OS using Apache2, MySQL and PHP backend. We will deposit the money as milestone. No partial release of milestone will be entertained. You must deliver the work within defined timelines.
