Redfin data mining/grab auto-input into excel

I’m hiring someone to build a program to at a click download property data into excel property data from specific geographic regions from redfin or another MLS server. Fields desired include: Address, Date Listed, Current Listed Price, Building Sq.ft., Land Sq.ft., # of Rooms, # of Bathrooms, Land Value, Additions Value, Stories, Year Built, Year Renovated, Style Test Contract – Develop an excel sheet that auto downloads/updates the above fields for 3 years of past sales, existing listings, and new listings in the 98105 zip-code, Seattle, WA - $170 (Payment on Delivery) Filtters to include: House, Multi-family, Land, Other Types, >=4000 sq.ft. If you succeed and I enjoy working with you there will be an extended contract developing the same program tracking multiple geographic locations plus some other features like final sales price, listing price reduction alert, proximity to fixed address.
