Quotation changes

Need to have a couple of development work done on existing quotation software for Magento. Unfortunately on live system so would need to do implementation during quite hours/days. 1. Expiry date on quotation that is determined by days i.e, 7 days so quote will expire seven days from submitted date to customer by admin. 2. Currently quotation only have option for shipping but a lot of customers want to pick up from store, so client needs to be able to have the choice to either pick up or ship when completing information. This must be displayed on admin, email to customer and admin + quote attached pdf created. Shipping address must be replaced with "pick up"" 3. Only clients from a certain countries must be able to ship all other countries can only pick up. Shipping address must be replaced with "pick up"". This must be displayed on admin, email to customer and admin + quote attached pdf created. 4. VAT field (optional) is needed on details page and also to be displayed in admin page and email to customer + quote attached pdf. 5. Picked up that customer can put in something like this   in fields, currently there is no validation on these fields to prevent something like it. 6. When client accepts quotation and admin verified that pricing and stock is available, a link needs to be send back to customer that will point to checkout with verified information of quotation. 7. Client cannot accept quotation after the expiry date, can only request new quote
