John, I can solve your issue I used Python2 and Python3 and Flask framework. We can use teleconsole, instead of TeamViewer or Anydesk. That means, i join your teleconsole session to your ssh terminal session, then access the server using your terminal. Please let me know if you're interested.

John (I am assuming that is your name) since you are using ssh that means you are at the very least an above average developer (and should be able to fix it yourself easily) this error usually appears when the port your script is trying to connect through is already in use by another process so it should be rather easy to fix: just configure it to use another port and it should work. Hope this helps.

I work a lot with http servers. This sounds like something else is running on the port flask wants to run on. This should be easy to identify on a linux machine.
