Complaints and returns management system Basic capabilities: - Every user should be able to create a return form through our system by putting details of his order (e.g. order number). - After filling a return request for a product user should obtain a unique code (RMA) assigned to returned product. Based on that code, system will be able to verify the returned product quickly. - This system should be a comprehensive tool for managing returns and complaints by users. - System will enable possibility of generation documents like complaint/return form or receipt of receiving/releasing products. - System will enable admin to take a quick look for every order that is currently processing and concerns the returns, complaints and repairs. - System should enable the option of a preview for a package status (e.g. in process/received/under consideration..) In assumption, the system should simplify and accelerate the process of tasks connected to returns and complaints, what will influence the quality of customer service. We have a detailed requirements file to share with you. Requirements for a module: - Laravel 5.6+ - Postgresql 10 - Separate pattern for database for module - Swagger 2 - phpDoc - application should be presented as package to Laravel (e.g. - [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) - Package is supposed to work in application using Laravel passport, so it has to share all of its functionality through REST API (frond-end is on us) - Exact documentation which explains the functionality and installation process of the package should be presented in README file. - In order to create a basic structure of the package you can use this tool: [login to view URL] - You should use ELOQUENT.
