Problems in prestashop webshop with js and css

Since yesterday after clearing the cache we have some problems in our webshop with js and css. A lot of functions are not working anymore like buttons, sliders and images. I see this error. Uncaught TypeError: $[login to view URL] is not a function at [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) at [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) at HTMLDivElement.<anonymous> ([login to view URL]) at [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) at [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) at runElementsHandlers ([login to view URL]) at [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> ([login to view URL]) at fire ([login to view URL]) at [login to view URL] [as resolveWith] ([login to view URL]) Who can solve this for us?

That PrestaShop error looks like it came from a misconfigured JavaScript error. TO elaborate further will require looking at your PrestaShop server I'm afraid. And by "looking" , I meant investigate via the PrestaShop admin backend and look into the relevant files, especially those related to the theme you're using. Apologies if the above sounded too "programmery". I guess what I'm trying to say is that it'll take some technical HTML & JavaScript know how on solving it, something which I have as you can see from my Freelancer portfolio. Thank you for taking the time to consider my bid.
