!2 Optin/Squeeze Page Templates created with Divi Builder plugin for WordPress

I am looking for a WordPress developer to create 12 unique 'optin/squeeze' page templates created using the Divi Builder Plugin by [login to view URL] that I can then import into my websites that have that same plugin installed. They would include plain text or video or ebook/image style optin pages with all relevant info showing 'above the fold' when viewed on a Desktop and space for optional, added content below the fold. I am attaching you some mockup ideas/examples below to give you a good idea of what I have in mind. I don't want you to copy the examples but to show you the quality we should aspire to and use as inspiration. IMPORTANT NOTE! I am only requiring that subscribers add their email address in the optin forms Text - Header, Sub header, bullet points etc. would be editable by me inside my Divi Builder sites once the templates are completed. So simple 'lorem ipsum' style text content is fine for you to use for each template. Optin Form code input area would be set to as blank for me to add my own AR code later. A dummy logo area ( I will provide logo) would be set up to use or delete later as I see fit. Each page would also require footer text content i.e. Copyright 2019 Site Name/Privacy Policy/Terms and Conditions/Disclaimer/About Us/ Contact etc. that I could then link to the relevant pages on my site when I import the templates. The important point is that the designs look great and be 100% unique and be easily editable by me and my team once imported into our sites. For delivery all zipped templates, numbered 1 to 12, would be included into one overall zipped folder and sent to me on completion. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please only use 'free' stock imagery or placeholder images in templates to avoid cpyright issues. However I would like to see at least three examples so I can critique, if necessary, prior to job completion. On successful completion a further project will be awarded to you to use those same 12 templates and create using a 2 stage optin - i.e. optin submit button opens a pop up window in which the optin form would sit. Plus a 'Thank You'page for each of them using the same color and style VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: please include the phrase "super cool" in your response so I can filter out the usual BS automated replies from Freelancers.
