New section (Blog page template + post template) for existing Wordpress site (Given design, so just php + html + css)

We have a working website that is built in the latest version of Wordpress. Our designers have created a new blog section and so we need to update the implementation of: * The blog template * The post template * The intro for the blog that we have in the home page. We require someone with good experience in Wordpress and good css coding (Clear, mobile responsive, following established standards, etc) PM for see the design details and the URL of the current site. If we are happy with the implementation of this part we have to progressively implement new features in our website. We might need someone with react in experience for other part of the project, so if you are good with it (React, bower, scss, etc) you will get extra points and we can work together within the next weeks/months. Extra points for quick deliver, high standards coding (We are software engineers) and it´s essential to have good communication skills either in English or Español.
