Need someone to fix my google sitemap console bug with General HTTP error: HTTP 403 error (Forbidden)

Hi everyone, Basically my sitemap after submit, it shows 403 error, i tried editing the robot text to allows all also the htaccess but no matter what i do, it just won't index and submit through, however my main site is able to index, main site is using nginx, sub site is using apache. I am using a dedicated servers, its a video streaming site running on bootstrap. If you have fix this issue before, please do let me know
