Mobile Development Cross Platform Mobile App Development

I am looking for mobile developers with significant experience in Cross Mobile development - specifically React Native to develop an Mobile based CMS platform. The basic requirements of the CMS driven mobile app would be 1. Backend CMS panel in PHP/ MySQL (Codeigniter) 2. Backend CMS should have a form builder. This form designer can have various kinds of question formats, answer formats, forms that change dynamically based on selected values 3. The form created should be visible on the front end 4. Frontend to be redone in React Native (to support both Android and iOs platform) 5. The answers of these forms should be saved on the backend. 6. The app should support online and offline mode. 7. UI interface should be skinnable (multi-tenant support) The features in the mobile app would be 1. Registration form (basic details only) 2. Login with username (email), password 3. View the forms assigned to the user (there can be many forms that the backend admin can create and assign to various users) 4. User opens the form and answers the questions 5. To start off, the form can have following types of questions and answers - Checkbox (select single answer) - Radio (select multiple answers) - Date Select (with/ without time) - Text field - Long description - Picture (user has to take a picture with his camera phone and save) - Drop down I have a backend CMS in Codeigniter and Android and iOS native apps with me. The selected developer can use this as a starting point. Please note that this app provides the basic CMS capability with lot of CMS features. I want to enhance this app with the form builder features.
