Joomla - Virtuemart - New Customer can't order and register during the order process

Hi there, In moment new customer cannot order - I need you to fix this problem. After putting an order in the cart the customer has to type in his billing details, then he is supposed to register and check out after answer the captcha, but after clicking on "register and check out" ore "order as a guest" he get's redirected to the start page of the website without registration and ordering. For registered user everything is working fine. I'm running a website with Joomla 3.9, Virtuemart 3.4.2 and invoice manager. It seems like it is a problem appeared after an update, but I don't know when the problem occurred. The only possibility I can imagine is that there is a setting in the backend wrong, but I can’t find it. In addition to this the recaptcha was also not working, now it seems like it is (maybe not?). I tried several things, using another template, couldn't try registration without captcha, change some settings. Some more details about system: The user should only be allowed to register at the website through virtuemart. The invoice just has to come from invoice manager (plugin). You should be an expert in joomla and virtuemart! No other function should be compromizes and no plugins, .... should be installed without /notifying me.
