Depending on your needs I can write a script to retrieve data one-time or develop an infrastructure to continuously gather data. I can see this as deliverable of this project: A system architecture with - a database to store the information (MySQL) - a worker to retrieve data from Instagram (Python3) - a free plan Instance of a Queue for sending Jobs (RabbitMQ) - a small web interface to start jobs (Angular) - a small api for the ui (Node.js/Loopback Framework) To 1) Gathering the Avg Likes/ Comments is no problem. 2) Calculating the ER is no problem too. 3) Scaping the Full List of Follower from a Profile seems to be only possibly below certain thresholds and it takes time. In a test I was able to retrieve 250000 Follower in 24h runtime. Instagram is picky here. 5) You retrieved more Likers than I was able to. 4) Depends on 5. I can implement a system to solve Number 1,2 and 3. I can implement Number 4 too, if you would be able to deliver the Likes. You didn´t mention any constraints. The official API has Rate Limits that make your analysis slow or you need many access_tokens. There is another way, still to be able to retrieve data amounts you want, you need to live with multiple hours till multiple days runtime per Request. Is that acceptable for you? If not, then please decline.
