Here are 7 tasks needed for our Stage#1 project. We do have other work Stage#3 after this part is done .

1/ Working on server side to eliminate useless resources without affecting the website .

a/ Product page, cross selling, related products pictures do not have the right ratio length / width , therfore pictures look fuzzy
b/ Have a search field in product page
c/ Double search field in shop page , keep just one search field.

3/ Mobile version : from 3 tags under search field (in desktop version), only 1 is visible in mobile version
4/ To optimise site speed : Desktop and Mobile versions
Css sprites, Leverage browser caching, Serve resources from a consistent URL
GTmetrix Report, Google site speed.
5/ Automated messages sent to client once they place their order, once their item is shipped...etc.
6/ Affiliate program plugin issue > Referral via Email not working correctly

“ Your domain is using gsuite and that SPF records are wrong, that's why emails are treating some of your emails as spam and not receiving them at all. Fixing SPF and using google smtp to send emails would fix the issue “
7/ Counters in the home page are static . We would like a formula based on time that will make these counters evolve. Example, every 60 minutes the number of processed scans will grow by 1.
