Implement web-based Wordpress system for user registration and voting.

We currently have a web (wordpress) about children's soccer news. We want to develop a new functionality. Once the web project is published, it will have two phases: - In the first phase (registration time with start and end dates), coaches of football teams will be able to register on the website to register the Teams that have their Club, for each category (8 categories). When registering your Teams, they will include the data (name, nickname, field player or goalkeeper and date of birth) of the players of each Team. All these data must be editable during the registration period. - In the second phase (closed the registration period and also with start and end dates), anyone can register to vote for each category of Teams, the best player in the field and the best goalkeeper. Likewise, the votes can be edited so that the user can, if he wishes, always within the period allowed to do so, he can change his votes for each category to other players.
