Helpdesk, creating manuals and some client research

We are looking for someone for our helpdesk. You will be in direct contact with our clients to fix their email, hosting, website questions. The person we're looking for knows how directadmin, roundcube webmail, wordpress and Joomla works. Also someone that can make and update manuals + is communicative enough to tackle problems with clients via Teamviewer or mail. And as additional tasks can also do some client research tasks.
