Google Voice Recognition App For Desktop PC -- 3

I would like to use Google Voice Recognition App for my Desktop PC. Google currently allows voice recognition from: [login to view URL] But it only allows typing into the Google docs webpage. I need someone to make an app to run on my desktop pc (windows 7, 64-bit) that would allow me to use the Google voice recognition to allow me to voice dictate and for my computer to type it anywhere that my mouse is located on any application (not just on the Google docs webpage). I do not want to use Windows voice recognition - it is not very good. I want to use Google voice recognition only. Thank You.
