Fuzzy Search / Ajax Layout / HTML 5 Layout

We have a interface as per attachment (old_interface) written in PHP. There are 3 parts in this project - you can bid for part of the project or for all parts. You need to work using rdp on our system - since database is too large and setting this on any other server will waste lot of time. Technologies used : PHP (Yii Framework simillar to PHP), Jquery / Ajax /, MS SQL Server Problem 1 : Ajax searching has stopped working - previously it was working fine.
