Front-End Wordpress Form

We need help integrating some advanced functions into our front-end forms in a multi-vendor woocommerce website. The functionality that needs to be integrated is the following 1) we need the YITH Pre-Order functionality in the front end form. So the vendor can select to make their product available for pre-order and then select the date that the product is available. ([login to view URL]) 2) we need the Woocommerce Product Add-On functionality on the form so a vendor can add on product upgrades plus the cost ([login to view URL]) 3) we need the Woocommerce Availability Scheduler functionality on the front end form so the vendor can choose what days the product is available and/or choose what hours the product is available.
