Finish Simply Wordpress Plugin for WooCommerce

We need to finish a plugin that a Freelancer developer could not complete, because they could not or would not follow instructions. If you can't comprehend English or read instruction completely, don't bid. This essentially eliminates most of the India and Pakistan developers. No simple plugin exists as a ready-made add-on that will allow my client to create another product value besides the MPN (SKU) and UPC. Ecommerce is dependent on a business to identify products based on the MPN (SKU). Sometimes a EAN is needed for UK sales, but only for global product sales. The client needs their internal four digit number to match inventory with an order. Should be a simple project, where snippets are available everywhere for the code, but no one simple plugin exists. This is simple project. Most the code base is done already, it merely needs finished and working properly. You will need a working environment with Woocommerce installed, and preferably a large suite of WooCommerce plugins active to assure compatibility.
