Extranet/Online Library with restricted and personalized accesses

To access the documents via a user-friendly interface (UX at the heart of the project) The extranet Pancosma will be a place to quickly find relevant documents according to users’ needs and access rights. KEY FEATURES - Access number: +/- 300 (meant to increase according to the company growth). - Highly Performant Search Box (based on keywords pulled from the documents and tags) - In-build product selection tool: By selecting a specific problematic and species, we will be able to display the products (related to it relevant documents) to answer client problematic. - Easy Administration: adding new documents, giving or closing users’ rights to specific documents have to be smooth and easy. (Ex. Tick/Untick option to define each user’s rights & TAGS for the uploaded documents to facilitate navigation via filters: species, brand, language TAGS were identifies) - Highly-Personalized Access Level for each user is the key as users profiles are very complex and cannot be always put into “groups”. The extranet will give us a possibility to group users with the same access levels, but also to define personalized access for a singular user. - Download/View/Request Document options according to user’s rights. - New document email notification according to the interests: users will have a possibility to choose the tags of their interest. When a new document with a selected tag is uploaded, they receive an automatic email notification. - Sorting: by date, by popularity etc. - TAGS: by species, by document type, by product, by brand…
