Easyblog Small Customization

Hello, I run easy blog in my joomla site, and I would like some to write a code to add to the [login to view URL] under the easyblog component, the purpose of the code is to exclude some emails from the notification. The way the notification works in Joomla Easy blog, is there is a feature in easyblog to send a notification to all site users. see attached. Before customization What I want is to add a field there that allow me to add specific emails which are joomla users in my site, by adding emails there it will prevent sending any emails to them and exclude these emails from the notifications. please see attached: after customization.
