Digital signage and staff schedule/calendar integration

We have a staff of technicians that work on multiple projects and these projects may change day to day. I would like to create a scheduling system so that they know what jobs and projects they are supposed to be working on or going to. I am thinking this could integrate with the Office 365 Calendar or some of the other new calendar/scheduling apps that are integrated or available for Office 365. I would like this to be in a calendar type view that shows the technician's name and the project name. This would be displayed in a large dedicated display in our office/workshop for all to see. All our users have Office 365 for business accounts. Please contact me for more information if needed.
