Develop online tournament platform with payment system

Develop a scalable, highly loaded Internet platform for playing for money in various formats. Already there are more than 10 analogues of our project, there is nothing beyond the natural. We will provide more details for selected candidates. We also have a design and a prototype of the project - only the front and back end functionality is what we really need. The project will be developed in 10 milestones and located on our VPS / Cloud server. Daily commits in Bitbucket / GitHub with reporting are mandatory.
