The project is very doable, we have queries and will need to discuss finer details. 1: designed FOR ME where a web based user can submit 3 day weekly attendance DATA of members coming to church for both MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN, and 2: An attach your church growth report form either in DOCx or PDF format WILL be added in a different section where users can attach their monthly report form. They select either their location or assemblies and attach file. Admin can view information from back end, download and print forms [These two are for different purposes? For (2) we can see the docx formats, but data from these will not be added to database, these will only be uploaded by Church users and downloaded by Admin. But for (1) the data will be in a diffrent format? in excel? The data for (1): that is submit 3 day weekly attendance, will be imported by Admin or Church Users?] [There will be Single Admin and Multiple Users (one for each Church) ?] For Church Workers: A registration form field with the following information below created. [What will the fields be? Admin will input data. Hello, I have gone through your requirements and understand that you require to create a web based statistical data that would show the weekly and monthly reports. >>> I understand that the report will contain no of women, men, children and other workers coming/attending the church based on Location codes, Assemblies and Branches codes. >> Users will be able to attach their monthly report form. >> Apart from this, the admin will be responsible for handling the entire data for assemblies, and branches.
