Dating site source code diff review project and Dev build

We lost the code library for updates that were made to our dating site. There are 4 key milestones: 1- We need a code diff compare to update the source code- test and complete for testing 2 -We have a Dev site, but we need help to complete setting up the Dev environment with the updated source code and tested including SQL- Make sure the dev environment is fully operational. 3-Add a payment registration ( It already exists but users have to wait for the trial to expire before they can pay). We want a pay registration button added and the trial to be limited to only 3 days. Test the payment system through. 4. Make sure that our site smtp works for alerts/registrations and notifications. For example, when registering, receive alert, if blocked receive alert, when trial expires receive an alert with the registration link, receive alert when someone likes or winks etc. We need someone/ a company that are experts in visual studio, Visual Basic, Asp and C/C#. CMS, Ms SQL std some java and html5. The person or team should be well trained as we are relying on you for guidance on the development. We are also looking for someone available and focused given the different time zones we live in. Thanks,
