A Custom Website

The Website: I need a website where two type of people can upload a profile and communicate within the website. Okay, so here is the deal. I need a website that a person can upload a profile and tell their story, then I need a way for that same user to post a request for a service or product. Then I need a way for someone to create a profile and be able to address that request for a product or service. They need to be able to chat on the website and we need to be able to track that persons communicate and be able to have milestones of service. So Accept Request, Working, and completed. The user needs to be able to write a review for how the service was addressed. And then the user needs to be able to post another service request. The user needs to be able to accept money and create a pool of money or store money collected from their profile. Then the user needs to be able to access the money through the website. I need an estimate for what your service cost and what are you looking for as payments. Do you require money upfront or do you produce work before the payment is made. The Detail of Creation: I can create the content for the website like words and picture. I need the website to look professional and new in regards to the latest website look. I need the website users to be able to share their location through their profile. The users should be allowed 1,000 characters to share about themselves, and be able to create post of service. I need to able to set guidelines about what they are able to post. I also need to be able to accept monthly subscription like payments and users to be able to accept monthly subscription payments. Summary: I am looking for a website to be able to sustain 500 plus users easily and to grow from their. The website needs to look modern and also not have problems with people uploading their content to the website. Their needs to be a way for users to login and view their account. There needs to be a way for users to message each other. And I am looking for it to be done within 3 months or less. I prefer not using wordpress. If you could use Squarespace that would be awesome.
