Create working code snippets for Authorize.net ARB subscription verify and subscription cancel.

I need to sample forms pages setup that interface with Authorize.net. One that allows me to enter an ARB subscription ID and verify the subscription is active. One that allows me to cancel an existing ABR subscription with a subscription ID. The system should work with SANDBOX and LIVE. The pages require no design, just a form and the PHP required to perform the two functions. These pages will be moved into a part of a larger project.
