Create tracking system for Materiel and Vehicle -- 2

Dear Freelancers, We are in the field of construction where we want to do some Automate process on vehicle tracking and in some others department IE- in planning mechanical and others as well so, first of all, we want to track the vehicle from start to start for example 1. A vehicle loaded Concrete 5 Mqbe 2. The vehicle came on weight bright (For Weight) operator is setting over there 3. Vehicle visited the site CH- 12+500 ( Engineer will receive Notification) 4. Engineer took 2 Mqub Concrete (Updated in the Mobile application that received 2 Mqub) Now 3 Mqube is in the vehicle. 5. The vehicle started from there and visited the next working site CH- 14+000. 6. On that location Engineer taken 1 Mqub Material and Updated in Application 7. Vehicle camp at Camp on weight bridge to check weight a notification generated on a system with all who received material and quantity with current weight. Also, we want to update the receiver name and driver name who is in that TM and its number Weight bridge operator will enter vehicle details and quantity and site where it's going and engineer name then that engineer will receive notification and update after receiving the same. We have added process in the design please take a look in that, Please bid if you have also some knowledge in the construction field. Note- We also want suggestions if we can change anything in this above-written process to make this easy to operate and to keep a record, we will continuously work on that to improve this and implementing new things.
