Create Sign Up process for Hosting

Hello,
I need a developer to create a Sign Up process that will be doing the following:
Step1: User SignsUp by filling out a form and picking a plan using WooSubscriptions
Domain Registration will be part of this process. If the user has an own domain he can
use that.
(Once the signup is finished a CLONE of one of the wordpress sites that we create as templates which the user can choose will be created on our VPS server. All the plugins and settings from the clone will be copied.)
Step2: Now once the user completed the signup process and paid for his subscription
he or she gets an email with their login details.

Their Password
If they choosen a new domain name with us we will provide it for them and apply it to their account manually later.
If they want to use their own Domain we instruct them to create an A Record in their DNS with our ip.
The Signup flow has to be very easy.
