Contact Submit form not working -need help

CONTACT FORM is not submitting (is not working).
We moved our website from one hosting company to our new hosting company (GoDaddy). We use Windows hosting. Our contact form used to work perfectly on the old hosting company but it is not working on Godaddy server.
We use ([url removed, login to view]) file to set up send mail settings.
When we the form is submitting, the user sees this error on the webpage
Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
