We need a very serious developers to create for us a custom chat app with specific look and specfic features with exact design we have "screen shot is attchaed to the project " with a small control panel our web site : [login to view URL] here is the features and the options we want on this chat : 1- need to make 2 rooms " public Room , Real traders " Rooms 2- " Dollar sign show " beside our vip members " as the picture showes " 3- just vip members who can private chat , normal registered can't send any private chat 4- chat can hold till 10.000 chatters with out any lagging 5- option " Can erase any word typed in the chat by admins instantly " 6- admins Can ban ip's and nick names easily And type areason for them . 7- connect the login with our sql database , and the Register form too plus making the chat work through our sql database " sending and reciving messages through it ". 8- normal registered people can see the "real traders room" but can't see what they are typing in it and can't type on it . 9- We want the Same look as picture . 10 - No one can type in the chat till they are registered , but they still can see what people are typing in the public room when they are in our index and other unregistered pages . 11- chat closes automatic on 11:00 pm friday and Re-opn automatic on 11:00 pm Sunday . 12- Every registered nick name have a small profile when some one clicks on his nick name showing these thing : A-This profile should have a Rating from 7 stars and counter of raters just down the rating , and any one can modify his rates about any one else he rated at any time B-How many followers is following this username C-His member ship type d-button written on it " view profile comments " 13- create captcha in " register form " in the chat register feild another things makes different access users levels : 1-Admins 2-normal registered 3-real traders " vip members " 4- companies " can't chat till we give a permission to the username" our maximum budget for this is : 200$-250 $ Maximum Time frame is : 9 days please note that there is milestone will be created till the project passed 75 % of it because we don't have time to dispute and wait and these stuff , awarding the project should be accepted from the begin as well .
