Chain/wallets/explorer/website/assistance with whitepaper

Myself and a few other community members are planning a takeover of a cryptocurrency called respawncoin. The original developer disappeared and left everyone hanging. We have the ideas we want implemented, however none of us are capable of doing the items in the title as we are not developers in any way. This will be a Masternode/pos project based on a pivx fork I believe. Reward payout to split 3 ways MN/POS/development wallet. The project itself is based around gaming and eSports, focusing on a future streaming platform, wagering platform, and potential marketplace (and more). We are looking for one of 2 things: - somebody who can basically clone the existing repositories, we like how the project is currently but do not want the original dev to have any malicious control if he returns in the future OR - be a part of our team as our head developer who will grow with us, do all of the above mentioned, and stick with us for any future development and growth of the project Please inquire for more info or what you are willing to offer and for what cost.
