Build a subscription website + Google API >> Second API >> Display results

I need a wordpress developer for longterm project. Need to build a subscription based website (Monthly/year). I will handle the design/front-end, so i need the freelancer to create the following sides of the site. Users will be able to sign up for trial/paid subscription memberships They will have a table where they can input new records, each record will have free text/conditional arguments. Then: 1. Those arguments will be posted to Google API 2. Retrieved data (FROM Google API) will be posted to another API 3. Retrieved Data from step 2 will be displayed in new Sub-record with the date/time and when user clicks on it he will see the list of returned data in a data table (Steps 1-3 will loop every X minutes/hours - need to be able to control this per user) Needless to say the registration and user management should be up to high security standards (Spam/bots/etc protection) Thank you
