You basically need to connect to Kijiji's API (they also have a mobile app). You will re-use information from an existing item listing and re-sent that exact information to "refresh" the ad. I want to no longer have to repost listings manually.
Only accept this job if you feel comfortable taking it after analyzing Kijiji's website and mobile app. You will need to create a (free) account and test by doing dummy listings.
Please note that
- Duplicates are not allowed. You will need to find a temporary place to save the old listing's information, delete the existing ad, wait for the old ad to completely exit the system, send the information to Kijiji to regenerate a new listing, notify the use once completed (with URL)
- We will work with the most basic type of listing, one that doesn't require to input product specifications. The example given to you is for a PS3 listing. You might need to test with different types of items
- I use Google Chrome
- Attached pdf show the ad listing and what I see when I input information to generate my listing
- Do use the scaled down pictures to re-upload to Kijiji
- You can use H4R 1J9 as your postal code for tests. It's located in Quebec > Greater Montreal > City of Montreal
