Build a VR App for Android and iOS

I need a developer who can do a clean minimalist Web VR app to display 360 videos. App Requirements - Two parts : Back End and Front End - I should be able to add/remove/setup the back-end of the system (web based). The front end should work according to the data available in the back end. - Should be very light and fast loading. - I will be giving all the design ideas. Specially the front-end should be according to my designs. - Refer to attached flowchart App should be developed using Unity (preferred). If you have any questions, please let me know. The flowchart should give a better understanding of the app. Most of the screens are same thing repeating, but with different details according to previous selection. Its like a menu based navigation system for filtering videos to watch. If you can encrypt the videos before upload and decrypt them on app, that would be a great feature. Videos will be uploaded to server through web based system. AWS preferably. Thanks
