Build API to integrate PHP based web application with ESSL Biometric Devices

Need a developer with expertise in integrating ESSL bio metric Devices with PHP web application hosted on AWS. We need someone to Do following:- 1. build an api for us which will connect with bio metric devices and fetch data from devices & can write data to devices. 2. Create a new PHP module in our existing application to Manage all bio metric devices of any kind ESSL already have a simillar product which is EPUSHSERVER. you could study that and use it to create an api.
