Hi! I can perform this setup for you. I have done this earlier for my client Jaifar in Oman with 18 BBB servers. I can do this for you as well. Apart from the 3 BBB servers, we will need one scalelite+components server and one server for transferring the recordings from all the 3 BBB servers. Additionally, you'll be able to add or remove BBB servers later using the scalelite command line interface. I estimate this will take about 30 hours so it's gonna be approximately $300 for you. I will also need to understand your network configuration, specifically whether all the servers have public IPs or not and whether you have a domain configured or not. For the BBB servers, are you using your own TURN/STUN servers? If not, I can also help you set up your own TURN/STUN servers for more reliable connections. Let me know what you think.
