Automated SAM broadcaster pro request page on website

Objective:
• Creating a clear and easy accesable fully functional request page on my website
Functions:
• Displaying playlist from Sam Broadcaster pro (no cloud) on websitepage including artist, title, duration and cover art.
• Insert possibility to search for artist or song title.
• Insert possibility to request a song with a Request button
• Automatic connection to sam broadcaster and automatic adding the requested song to the que of the playlist
• Max 2 requested songs per hour per listener.
• Automatic count of requested songs and creating top requested songs
Maybe some other nice features but this is the basis.
Please investigate if you are able to do this project with all functionalities as discribed above. Please look at the possobilities and create a estimate fort his project.
Note: i see a lot of requestpages via audiorealm, maybe thats a possibility?
