Hello, We are seeking a solution to our training booking and progress online toolset. On initial thoughts somethings that can be utilised to complete the following. Note: No online sales portal is required. Just remote login in to the system. STEP 1: Provisional booking is made A course is provisionally requested /booked, at this stage we need to check availability and secure resources. Sales information added at this stage • Course title • Dates • Number of delegates booked • Clients venue address / general area training is required • Clients details • Sales person • Prices quoted / paid There are 4 databases, we would like in the tool, that need to feed into this process to ensure we can complete a request- Course details • Name • Summary • Other related information Trainer Calendar • This is where our subcontract/in-house trainers record their availability o Online login for each trainer needed Competency Calendar • Once completing the required training. We assign which trainers can do which courses (i.e. not all trainers can do all courses) Distance • The distance between the course and trainer home location o This is key so we don’t arrange a trainer 100s of miles away. STEP 2: Sent to Trainer Trainer is sent the details of the course (same data but limited access e.g. no price etc details) • Course title • Dates • Number of delegates booked (1:24) • Postcode of clients office / general area postcode • Material links (slides, trainer notes etc) A trainer accepts / rejects the booking STEP 3: Once trainer is secured, booking confirmed with client • Secure venue if not at clients base STEP 4: Course is completed (or cancelled for some reason) • Trainer uploads records (delegate registration details with driving licence scan/photo) • How many people were in attendance (1-24) • Any class behaviour issues • Any issues with training • Was the course audited (yes/no)
