This application will group control point cards for each gear category. Once completed the reports are exported to a server. On site the controller will have the choice to print the report or send it by email to the customer. He will have to enter the information concerning the customer, (he will shouce a new client, or existing client) fill in the data of the machine to control and start the control. This information will appear on the first page of the report as well as any points that fail. - Conduct of the inspection: After having filled in the information, the controller opens the blank form corresponding to the controlled machine. It checks and selects the different control points using the drop-down menu. At each failing box a window opens to note in detail the failure that will be reported on the first page of the report. Depending on the number of points checked positive the control of the machine will be accepted or refused. The controller will have the ability to edit the report after the result and before validation. Once validated, the report can not be modified. At this moment he can select to send it by e-mail written on the customer card or to print it. -Storage: A web interface will be created to archive all reports that will be automatically converted to PDF. The exported reports will be received by this web server.
